Unique asian flavour with kidney beans

Delicious umami flavour and creating a rich Asian aroma with fish sauce

Ingredients

For 4-5 ppl

  • Pork Belly - 200g (Cut into small pieces)
  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • Rice Wine (Sake) - 1 tbs

  • Kidney Beans - 120g
  • Carrot - 50g, Diced
  • Short Grain Rice* - 3 Cups (1 cup = 180ml)
  • Fish sauce - 1.5 tbs
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbs
  • Sweet Rice WIne (Mirin) - 1.5tbs
  • Water - 550ml

*Rice - Wash rice and drain off excess water
