Delicious umami flavour and creating a rich Asian aroma with fish sauce
Ingredients
For 4-5 ppl
- Pork Belly - 200g (Cut into small pieces)
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Rice Wine (Sake) - 1 tbs
- Kidney Beans - 120g
- Carrot - 50g, Diced
- Short Grain Rice* - 3 Cups (1 cup = 180ml)
- Fish sauce - 1.5 tbs
- Soy sauce - 1 tbs
- Sweet Rice WIne (Mirin) - 1.5tbs
- Water - 550ml
*Rice - Wash rice and drain off excess water
